Make a Payment

You can enter your card info on your profile page (Make sure to click save twice at the bottom). We will run your card no earlier than the day before service begins. If you would like to leave a Tip & have a card on file, let us know the amount and we can add it for you. If you return early, we will refund your card for the amount of the unused visits or credit your account to use for your next visits.

Go to @StaceyFisherQCP and enter the amount shown on your invoice.  To leave a tip for your sitter, simply add that to the total amount you enter.  For example: if Invoice is $100 enter $120 to add a $20 tip.

Paypal

To make a PayPal payment enter the amount shown on your invoice and click submit.  To leave a tip for your sitter, simply add that to the total amount you enter.  For example: if Invoice is $100 enter $120 to add a $20 tip.

How am I billed and when is it due?

Invoices are sent to you via email (from Quickbooks) unless you have a credit card on file. Balances must be paid in full prior to pet care service. We accept Venmo, Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and checks. We will not accept post-dated checks. When your credit card is run you will receive an email notification. Your card will be charged prior to the 1st visit of each pet care appointment. If you return early from a trip, you will be refunded in full for any unused visits.

PAYMENT LATE FEE POLICY:

A 10% late fee will be applied to your invoice for every 7 days your Payment is Late. A payment that is not received within 60 days of your payment due date will automatically be sent to collections.
